• You can view your credit balance at any time in your dashboard

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

5. Content Ownership

5.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the stories, characters, and creative content you generate using our Service. We do not claim any ownership over your generated content.

5.2 License to Operate

By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI models is provided to you for your use. However, AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

6. Account Termination

6.1 User-Initiated Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your Profile page. Upon deletion:

• Your account will be deactivated
• Unused credits will be forfeited
• Your data will be retained for a period as required by law
• You can contact us to request complete data deletion

6.2 Service-Initiated Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Use the Service for prohibited purposes

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Story Studio AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
